Placing an order
This page gives details of the information and documentation we require in order to erect site notices. We hope this will streamline the process. In addition to our monitoring service, we now offer a new service whereby we can lodge planning applications with the local authority on your behalf. See below for more details.
We require 24 hours notice to erect site notices on sites in Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath and Louth and 48 hours notice to erect site notices on sites in other counties. If you can give us additional notice that is very helpful.
1. Please place orders by phone. Our number is 01 - 498 3220.
We can receive the site notices and accompanying documentation by courier or email.
If sending the documentation by courier please include the following:
2. The site notice (we need one copy and one spare copy of each site notice to be erected).
We use a business centre to receive deliveries. Please direct the courier to the following address:
To avoid problems with couriers we would be grateful if someone from your office could call us when the courier leaves with the package.
If sending the documentation by email the same items 1 - 8 above are required and, in addition, we require the following:
Emails with photographic confirmation of all site notices erected are sent to the relevant architect within 24 hours. Detailed monitor reports are sent after each visit with photographic confirmation of all repairs undertaken.
LODGING PLANNING APPLICATIONS
We offer a service whereby we can lodge planning applications with the local authority on your behalf. This nationwide service guarantees your application will be lodged on time. When providing this service, we are happy to collect the application and site notices from your office. Where possible, we prefer to do this the day prior to the lodgement. A scanned copy of the lodgement receipt from the local authority is emailed to you within 24 hours.
